Happy birthday to us!
One year ago this week we opened our doors to the public.
It took 3 years of hard work, persuading people it was a good idea, securing funds and a premises to get it started. It’s fair to say we have done okay. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far and we look forward to further developing the Hub in the in 2023!
This week marks the 12 month birthday anniversary of the Elmbridge Eco Hub! Since opening its doors last year, the Eco Hub has been providing the community with access to a multi functional, safe space where they can access many beneficial initiatives such as the Library of Things, Community Fridge, Skill Share, Repair Cafe, Small item recycling, Community Garden, Seed Bank, Jigsaw swap, Book Swap and more.
If you’re in the area 22 February 2023 afternoon on please do pop in for a cup of tea/coffee and a slice of something nice. We would love to have a chat with you.
We also have a selection of potted plants and other sought after items that you can purchase for a small donation. As with all donations every penny donated or earned is pumped back into the Hub to ensure we continue to support our community. We look forward to seeing you.
